The required documents for Visa Extension

- Validated Passport

- 2 photos 4x6 white background.

- Fill the Extension of Stay Application Form with a signature.

- Print Screen of App FPCS ( Foreigners Present in Cambodia System)

- Copy of Company’s patent with Stamp.

- Letter Verify from Company with stamp and signature.

Fees:

• 50USD for One month extension.

• 80USD for Three month extension.

• 160USD for Six month extension.

• 290 USD for One Year extension.

Processing Period:

7-14 of the working day after all supporting documents are submitted and the payments are made.

The required documents for Foreigner Work Permit

Employee & Employment Contract with MOLVT (registered employee):

-Enterprise Registration Certificate with MOLVT

-Quota/Employee registration certificate with MOLVT 

-Validated passport

-E(Business) visa

-Passport photo (digital file)

-Current work permit card (for renewal only)

 Required Checklist for Self-Employed/Freelancer

(He/She is not a registered employer, nor a registered employee. He/She makes a living in Cambodia and holding E-Business visa.):

-Validated passport

-E(Business) visa

-Passport photo (digital file)

-Current work permit card (for renewal only)

Fees:

• 195USD for all foreign work permit.

Processing Period:

7-14 of the working day after all supporting documents are submitted and the payments are made.
